This platform will use online television to lift issues of violations allegedly perpetrated against women and children, and minority groups; promote sustainability and empowerment for vulnerable people including persons with disabilities (PWDs), minority groups; and as well as update Liberia and the world with factual, credible and on time information through visual and audio communications. This media platform will also provide support trainings and other forms of information dissemination for media institutions, government institutions and the general public aimed at facilitating the effectiveness and fulfilment of the right to information, which is itself is a human right. The media in Liberia is obligated to adequately inform the public on key issues of development, governance, public accounts and expenditures and the welfare of the people that would strengthen human rights promotion and protection. These responsibilities seemed to be downplayed by some key media actors for their own political gains leaving the public to question the role and essence of the media in Liberia

This is the information gap that Royal-A online Television and human rights platform will fill to ensure that Liberians and the world at large will provide with the needed information concerning the state of affairs of the country and abroad. Royal-A will partner with other national and international news outlets to ensure the compliance with international media obligations and standards and guarantee the protection and promotion basic media best practices protection. Introduction
The media, civil society actors and human rights institutions are key levers of social change at the national and local levels; they monitor the application of national and international protocols on governance and human rights standards; and follow-up the implementation of the rule of law, the judgements of duty bearers, decisions on key recommendations of national and international partners in the application of laws for the wellbeing of the citizens. WINGS Communications will actively contribute to the strengthening of States’ capacity to ensure implementation of national and international media laws and human rights standards. This media and human rights platform presence will effectively reinforce government’s adherence to national as well as international rule of law mechanisms by safeguarding their relevance, efficiency and credibility vis-a-vis rights-holders through their contributions of awareness-raising, monitoring and reporting, as well as mobilization of public trust and support for their work. We will hold government’s as well as rights defenders accountable for the abuse of trust and violation of international human rights and humanitarian laws. It is therefore in the interests of an effective coverage of the state of affairs of Liberia, regional global bodies that Royal-A decides to undertake robust efforts to excite, invite and grow media practitioners and human rights officers in trainings and other capacity building efforts to broaden and protect the space for effective media coverage and reporting. Objectives
To provide media coverage of government institutions, social and political activities and programs. To enhance the capacity of media institutions, human rights field monitors to effectively report and monitor human rights, situation analysis and report writing;

To provide safe home and legal aid for women and girls who are victims of sexual and domestic violence;

Report stories on women and girls who are allegedly experience sexual and domestic violence'

To review development and challenges, including thematic discussions and interactions with media institutions, civil society and human rights defenders, based on concrete and practical experience;

To provide analytical reports on the socio-political situation on Liberia and the world at large;

Build a stronger media presence with national and international partners, civil society organizations (CSOs), government as well as the local population
