Grilled Lobster Tail with Caviar & Asparagus on Creamy Pea Puree 🦞✨

🍽️ Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails
2 tbsp butter (melted)
Salt & black pepper
½ cup green peas (boiled)
2 tbsp cream
1 tbsp olive oil
6 asparagus spears (blanched)
1 tbsp caviar (for topping)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blend peas, cream, olive oil, salt, and pepper into a smooth puree.
2️⃣ Grill lobster tails with butter for 5–6 mins until golden and slightly charred.
3️⃣ Plate the pea puree first, place the lobster tail on top.
4️⃣ Add asparagus for freshness and a spoon of caviar for luxury.
5️⃣ Drizzle melted butter to finish. 🧈✨
