re that the central principle of every business I create is to add value: firstly to my consumers, secondly to my employees, and thirdly to my companies. As a husband and a father I do everything I can to raise honest, kind, humble, disciplined, hard-working, respectful, well-grounded children who are able and willing to take on all of life's challenges head on. I spend as much time as possible to make sure that my wife and all 4 of my kids have a deep and meaningful relationship with me and with each other. I have been lucky enough to have opportunities many can only dream about. I have given my children the same. I feel it's equally my responsibility to help build the next generation to have similar opportunities, and to develop the next generation in a way that sets them up to win. After all, the whole point of life is to leave behind a better world than the one we were born into. Eventually we'll fade away; who else can do that but the generation who is to follow.
