“I am Mr.Ajith Samararathna the director of I.G.B. and Kagoshimo Japan, Sri Lanka friendship Pre School in Kundasale. I am more interested in child education and presently I administrate a Pre school with the collaboration of Japan-Sri Lanka Friendship Foundation. I felt that there was a shortage of well-organized educational institute in Kundasale which is densely populated with middle class educ
ated families. I also observed that most of the parents and students experience many inconveniences in seeking good tuition classes and parents see about the quality and quantity and the validity of the education provided in some institutes. So I formed I.G.B. with a great insight to cater the needs of education for all from Pre School to the university in one shelter. I formed spacious class room facilities and an auditorium for group classes and for seminars. Indoor and outdoor learning environment has been made to ensure stress-free condition. After all professionally qualified well-experienced teachers are in service at I.G.B. to provide best and quality education for all. Limited students in group classes, well-planned academic courses, counseling facilities for the students and free-card service for the financially helpless students, scholarships for the bright students are the other significant features of I.G.B. We started I.G.B. with 15 students and one teacher in 2008 and now we have got a great number of students and sixteen teachers. Now we have Sinhala, English and Tamil medium classes for grade 1 to grade 13 and we are planning to enhance these facilities for university education too. The three main concepts of I.G.B. are discipline, knowledge, wisdom and success. I am proud to have such concepts, from which I do hope that the students` ambitions would be gained successfully. is a center where the multiple intelligence and skills of every student are developed to cater the needs of the moving world.
