Opening a fee medical camp at Dutch Bay Island at Kalpitiya. This island was severely affected by the Dithwa cyclone. The poorest area at Kalpitiya that resided 258 People. People who couldn’t reach to Public Health services due geographical limitations and economic difficulties.

District Citizens Forum core group members gathered to discuss progress on public engagement. They explained their engagement to different spheres such as LGI decision making process, public matters such as education, housing rights and environment.
