Between 1983 and 2009, Sri Lanka suffered from a civil war, this war resulted in limited development of the country. In contribution to this war, extreme rainfall, tsunami’s and cyclones destroyed large parts of the country. The economy is waiting for recovery and growth. This project will contribute to this growth with a new design of the Fishery harbour in Point Pedro at the Jaffna District. As
