If I ask you what you do for a beautiful face, you have many answers. Using a good face wash and other cosmetics, facepacks, scrubs, facemasks, facials, salon treatments, natural treatments, the list goes on and on. We can talk for a day. There are topics to do.

Apart from care, drinking good water, eating nutritious vegetables and fruits are also things that can be done for a beautiful face. Not only that, we can also do face exercises. You may remember that one day we talked about exercises to get rid of double chin.

Today we are talking about faceyoga exercises that can be done for a beautiful and youthful looking face.

🟤Benefits of face yoga
Decreased facial sagging
Looking younger
Removes the dark appearance of the skin
Improving blood circulation in the face
Highlighting the shape and appearance of the face
You don't need a separate time for these exercises. When you wake up in the morning, you can do this for five minutes while sitting in bed. This yoga exercise is more effective in the morning.

🟤Facial Warmup
Rub hands well
After the hands are warm, wash the face well

🟤First step
Breathe well
Form the lips into an O shape
Press the index finger on the lips
Do this five times

Now the blood circulation in the face is going well.

🟤Second step
Keep the mouth in an O shape
Turn the pointed mouth to the sides
Doing this five times is enough

🟤The third step
This is done to reduce the wrinkled nature of the sides of the mouth
Press the lips together and take it into the mouth
Try to blow air out of the cheeks
Doing this five times is enough.

🟤Fourth step
Pucker the cheeks and make the lips in an O shape
Move the lips slowly
Do it for about five minutes

🟤Fifth step
Take a deep breath and fill your mouth with air.
Close the nostrils with both thumbs and take both hands on the forehead
Lower your chin to touch your chest
Do this six to seven times

Try these simple face yoga methods several times a day continuously. You will realize that the face has got a wonderful shape and beauty.

Essential vitamins for long and strong hair

🟤Vitamin A
All cells need vitamin A for growth. This includes the hair, which is the fastest growing tissue in the human body. Vitamin A helps the skin glands to produce an oily substance called sebum, and the sebum protects the moisture of the scalp and keeps the hair healthy.

🟤Vitamin B
Vitamin B or biotin is known as one of the best vitamins needed for hair growth. That is why biotin is also used as an alternative treatment for conditions such as hair loss and breakage.

🟤Vitamin C
In order to make the protein called collagen, which is an important part of the hair structure, it is essential to get vitamin C in the body. In addition, vitamin C also helps to absorb iron, a mineral that is necessary for hair growth. Nowadays, food supplements containing vitamin C are easily available and citrus fruits, such as strawberries, kiwi, bell peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, green peas, parsley and Guavas are also considered to be very good sources of vitamin C

🟤Iron
Iron helps in carrying oxygen to the red blood cells. This is why it is considered an important mineral for many bodily functions including hair growth. Eggs, broccoli, cashews, pork, soybeans, spinach and lentils are considered iron-rich foods.

Beef, spinach, peas, wheat seeds, pumpkin seeds, eggs, oysters, almonds, milk and lentils are good sources of zinc.
