**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Representative at Innova Skyhigh Technologies, located in Colombo. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the products or services offered, and generating sales leads. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and phone systems
- Positive and goal-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent

We are looking for candidates who are proficient in both English and Hindi, which will be a significant advantage. Immediate openings are available, and the salary will be determined based on your experience. Saturdays and Sundays will be off, and commissions will be offered based on your performance.
