Look after your health so you can do the day to day things like carry in the groceries, lifts yours kids up or even sitting down in a chair. All very basic things but vital to daily life.

I don’t lift heavy weights but I do a lot of body weight training and resistance band work. I’m relatively strong for my size I’m only 4’9 in height. This is because I train my body to be strong and to be injury free while being very mindful of my movements and mobility..
