BI Recruitment is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager International Recruitment Division to join our growing team.

📍 Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
💼 Position: Full-Time Business Development Manager
🌎 Focus Markets: Romania & Gulf Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait & Bahrain)

✅ Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development within the recruitment/manpower industry
• Experience handling recruitment markets in Romania and/or Gulf countries
• Strong network of overseas employers and recruitment partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required
