In our previous discussion, we highlighted programs and agencies dedicated to supporting business startups for those 40 and older.

Additionally, we shared some initiatives from the Caribbean region and Dubai that intentionally cater to mature individuals who start businesses later in life.

When we overlook parts of our community, everyone loses out.

Our entrepreneurial initiatives must be equally inclusive.

By focusing only on certain age groups that are perceived to be "unemployable, financially incapable or co-dependent, we misrepresent the reality: that all ages are assets at every stage of life.
