𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

“Jaheez Halak” was an initiative focused on Employability Skills and Career Development, aiming to support university students in building their professional profiles, preparing for today’s competitive job market, and taking meaningful steps toward their future careers.

Over four days of training and an information session, we did not simply discuss professional profiles and career paths, we worked on building them together. Participants explored how to craft strong CVs, optimize LinkedIn profiles, develop interview skills, and position themselves professionally, while also discovering more about EU programs, international opportunities, Erasmus+ exchanges, and volunteering opportunities.

The initiative also included sessions on communication, emotional intelligence, leadership, interview preparation, and HR guidance, alongside inspiring discussions led by changemakers, leaders, and professionals on confidence, personal growth, success stories, volunteering, and international engagement

This experience would not have been possible without the dedication and contribution of the inspiring speakers, EU expert, HR professionals, leaders, and changemakers who motivated participants to believe more in their potential and future paths. A sincere thank you to Joumana Brihi, Marguerite Salloum, Charbel Azar, Francesco Bakhos, Jana Sabra, Rayan Z. Mahfouz, Moussa Kabbouchi, Saed Hanani, Farah Ghanem , Mohamad Al Arnaout, Claudine Zaarour, Maria Roumanos & Nagham Zoukra, who dedicated their time, expertise, and energy to making this journey impactful and meaningful, and for being amazing supporters of our youth.

Throughout this initiative, 17 participants joined us in a valuable learning experience filled with practical guidance, professional support, honest conversations, opportunities, and inspiring exchanges. What truly stood out was not only their participation, but also their interaction, curiosity, reflections, and willingness to take real steps forward.

The “Jaheez Halak” initiative was led by Maria Romanous as a YCSLP Fellow, founder of the initiative, and Unity Up volunteer, developed within the framework of the Young Civil Society Leadership Program YCSLP by Med Dialogue for Rights and Equality, Anna Lindh Foundation and DAI Global, and implemented locally Unity Up

Now it is time for our participants to move forward, apply what they have learned, believe in their potential, and continue building their own professional journeys!

In an inspiring space full of energy, hope, and ambition, the Forsa workshop was held in Kleiat at HM39 CLUB

Young participants had the opportunity to explore the EU Jeel Connect program and its activities with the EU Jeel Connector, Marilyne Haddad , and to discover + opportunities from youth exchanges & educational programs, with the founder of Unity Up Claudine Zaarour , highlighting the importance of international exchanges and volunteering on both personal and professional levels!

The session was organized under the EU Jeel Connect Program by EU MedBridge by the EU Jeel Connector, Marilyne El Haddad, in collaboration with HM39 Club and Unity Up, bringing together youth eager to unlock new opportunities and hear real-life experiences.

To the amazing youth of Kleiat village,who are full of potential, the journey continues, and many steps forward & success are waiting for you.🤍

في مساحةٍ ملهمةٍ مليئةٍ بالطاقة والأمل والطموح، أُقيمت ورشة Forsa في القليعات في مركز نادي HM39.

أُتيحت للمشاركين الشباب فرصة التعرّف على برنامج EU Jeel Connect وأنشطته مع منسّقة البرنامج ماريلين الحداد، واكتشاف فرص Erasmus+—مع تسليط الضوء على أهمية التبادل الدولي في التبادلات الثقافية و الفرص الجامعية والتطوّع على الصعيدين الشخصي والمهني.

نُظّمت الجلسة ضمن برنامج EU Jeel Connect من برنامج الاتحاد الاوروبي EUMedBridge من قبل منسّقة البرنامج ماريلين الحداد، بالتعاون مع نادي HM39 وUnity Up، حيث جمعت شبابًا متحمّسين لاكتشاف فرص جديدة والاستماع إلى تجارب واقعية ملهمة.

الى شباب قرية القيعات، المفعمين بالطاقة و الحماس.. الرحلة تستمر... والكثير من التقدم والنجاح بإنتظاركم🤍
