Lead Software Engineer

Job Mission:
Lead on the project development to answer the requirements of the client and achieve business objectives.

Main Duties:
- Strategic Recommendation
o Suggest and recommend strategic initiative and solutions based on the client needs.
o Seek from any client request a business opportunity for development.
- Recruitment Analysis
o Detect contradictory project requirements and propose solutions to the concerned person.
o Convert project requirements into development tasks, in order to program efficiently.
o Identify required resources to deliver a successful project.
- Project Planning
o Plan the projects and schedule tasks, taking advantage of all available resources.
o Dispatch tasks amongst team members with a clear timeline.
- Project Evaluation
o Communicate to the client the evaluation of each milestone phase.
o Correct if needed project tasks when the evaluation result is not up to the requirements.
- Coaching and Development
o Develop, train and contribute to continuously improve the knowledge, skills and abilities of their team insuring they are qualified and competent, properly coached in order to handle the demands of the job and achieve their objectives.
- Coding
o Define the architecture of the new components identified during the requirement analysis.
o Write the code following coding standards.
- Testing
o Test the functionality of the newly created features.
o Do regression testing to ensure that the functionality of the other components is not affected.

Qualifications:
• BS in Computer Science or any equivalent
• 5 or more years of experience in the field of software development
• 3 years of experience in managing a team
• Experience in software development lifecycle
• Experience in web development
• Experience in .Net
• Experience in HTML (5), CSS (3) and JavaScript
• Experience in C # and Asp.net
• Knowledge in Visual Studio and TFS
• Research skills
• Presentation skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Passion for delivering high quality products, a deep sense of personal responsibility
