In line with international standards governing well-known trademarks and established jurisprudence, the Court of Appeal of Mount Lebanon affirmed that reproducing the registered “Crocodile” trademark is sufficient to establish similarity between original products and counterfeit goods, regardless of minor differences.

This decision reinforces the robust protection afforded to well-known trademarks against imitation and counterfeiting practices.
