A complete solution for cutting + grinding foam pieces (with or without abrasive backing). Foam sheets go in → strip cutting → profile grinding on both sides → stacking → final piece cutting — all controlled via PLC/HMI where you set dimensions and the system calculates trims automatically. Built for consistent output with 80%+ less manual labor, 50,000+ pieces per shift, and operation possible with only two operators 💪
