Confucius Institute - USJ

The Confucius Institute at Saint Joseph University is glad to partner with The Raji and Fawziye’ Sinno Scholarship Fund at the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences at The American University of Beirut to deliver a full Chinese language program to 16 Agricultural Engineering students currently supported by the Fund. A meaningful exchange and a great learning journey ahead.

The Confucius Institute offers Chinese courses for teenagers and adults, every semester, with one session per week (a total of 14 sessions) for 200 USD, and two sessions per week (a total of 28 sessions) for 400 USD. Each session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes.

At our institute, Chinese language courses follow the HSK program, designed to help students develop their skills and succeed in the official HSK / HSKK proficiency exams.

Each year, our partner university in China, Shenyang Normal University (SYNU), shares scholarship opportunities for which our students are eligible to apply.

📍The Confucius Institute at USJ is the only accredited center in Lebanon for organizing HSK and HSKK tests.
