Main Plate:

2 soft-boiled eggs (jammy yolk)

2 sticks of semi-hard cheese (like Swiss or mozzarella)

ΒΌ cup cottage cheese

ΒΌ cup blueberries

1 kiwi, sliced

2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Β½ cucumber, sliced

Β½ tomato, sliced

1 cup leafy greens (lettuce or romaine)

On a large plate, arrange lettuce or greens as a base. Neatly layer sliced kiwi, cucumber, tomato, blueberries, and pomegranate around. Add cottage cheese in the center. Place cheese sticks and halved eggs on the side.

3️⃣ Blend the Green Juice
