💡 Words :

Need /niːd/** — to require something
👉 You can’t live without it or you must have it

Want /wɒnt/** — to desire something
👉 You don’t need it, but you would like to have it

Try /traɪ/** — to make an effort
👉 You make your best effort to do something

Help /help/** — to assist someone
👉 You do something to make another person’s job easier

១. កំណត់ផែនការ – អ្នកដឹកនាំត្រូវបង្កើតផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដើម្បីសម្រេចគោលដៅ។ វារួមមានការវិភាគស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្ន កំណត់គោលដៅ និងជ្រើសរើសវិធីសាស្ត្រដែលសមស្របបំផុត។
២. តម្រង់ទិសដៅ – អ្នកដឹកនាំត្រូវបញ្ជាក់ទិសដៅ ឬវិស័យសកម្មភាពដល់សមាជិក ដើម្បីឲ្យទាំងអស់យល់ពីគោលបំណង និងការងារដែលត្រូវអនុវត្ត។
៣. ជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្ត – អ្នកដឹកនាំត្រូវជំរុញ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តសមាជិកឲ្យមានមនោសញ្ចេតនា និងភាពស្មោះត្រង់ក្នុងការងារ ដោយប្រើវិធីសាស្ត្រផ្សេងៗដូចជា ការលើកសរសើរ ការផ្តល់រង្វាន់ ឬការបង្កើតបរិយាកាសល្អ។
៤. ដឹកនាំអនុវត្ត – អ្នកដឹកនាំត្រូវជាអ្នកណែនាំ និងគ្រប់គ្រងដំណើរការអនុវត្តការងារ ឲ្យទៅតាមផែនការដែលបានកំណត់ ដើម្បីធានាថាការងារបានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
៥. ត្រួតពិនិត្យ – ត្រូវត្រួតពិនិត្យការងារដែលក្រុមបានអនុវត្ត ដើម្បីវាស់វែងលទ្ធផល និងកែលម្អចំណុចខ្សោយ ឬកំហុសដែលកើតឡើង។
៦. ដោះស្រាយជម្លោះ – នៅពេលមានជម្លោះ ឬការយោបល់ខុសគ្នា អ្នកដឹកនាំត្រូវមានជំនាញដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដោយយុត្តិធម៌ និងយ៉ាងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដើម្បីរក្សាសាមគ្គីភាពក្នុងក្រុម។
