With the enclosure of the highway and the idea of the new overland park, an impetus of a public space is created, which not only opens up a completely new urban perspective along its winding-up, but also implies a new scale in its opposition and connection.

Series of two-storey terraced house typologies develop below the three lines into the depth of the parcel and thus form a typological counterpart to the height offset between the city floor and the new overland park. Between the buildings, ondul spatial sequences are created, which are emphasized by the superimposition of a pergola structure.

One of the most influential architects and designers in the 1960s, Ludovico Magistretti (06/10/1920 - 19/09/2006), known by the nickname Vico, was born in Milan in 1920 into a family of architects.
