Ala-Too Law Program

Third-year students of the Department of International and Business Law attended a court hearing at the Bishkek City Court (second instance) as part of their Civil Procedure course.
During the hearing, students had the opportunity to observe the course of the trial, explore the specific features of proceedings in the court of second instance, and witness the practical application of civil procedural law.
This experience contributed to the development of students’ professional competencies and deepened their understanding of judicial mechanisms for the protection of rights and legitimate interests.

Студенты 3 курса кафедры международного и бизнес права посетили судебное заседание Бишкекского городского суда (вторая инстанция) в рамках дисциплины «Гражданское процессуальное право».

В ходе судебного заседания студенты получили возможность наблюдать за ходом процесса, изучить особенности рассмотрения дел в суде второй инстанции, а также увидеть практическое применение норм гражданского процессуального права.

Данный опыт способствовал формированию профессиональных компетенций студентов и углублению их понимания механизмов судебной защиты прав и законных интересов.

On April 15, students of International and Business Law School attended an informational and educational meeting organized by the Central Election Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic in cooperation with the Center for Civic Education and Electoral Technologies.

👩‍⚖️ During the meeting, participants discussed the role of youth in elections, the fundamentals of the electoral system, and the key provisions of the “Unguzhol” doctrine.

💬 Representatives of the CEC emphasized that participation in elections is a real tool for influencing the future of the country.

🧠 In an open dialogue format, students asked questions, discussed barriers to civic participation, and proposed ideas for integrating digital technologies into the electoral process.

📌 Such events help future lawyers develop legal awareness and an active civic position.

15 апреля студенты школы международного и бизнес права посетили информационно-образовательную встречу, организованную ЦИК КР совместно с Центром гражданского образования и избирательных технологий.
👩‍⚖️ В ходе встречи обсудили роль молодежи в выборах, основы избирательной системы и ключевые положения доктрины «Унгужол».
💬 Представители ЦИК подчеркнули: участие в выборах — это реальный инструмент влияния на будущее страны.
🧠 В формате диалога студенты задали вопросы, обсудили барьеры гражданского участия и предложили идеи по внедрению цифровых технологий в избирательный процесс.
📌 Участие в таких мероприятиях помогает будущим юристам формировать правовую грамотность и активную гражданскую позицию.
