Title: God’s Work, Man’s Hands
Scripture: Genesis 1:26–28; Ezekiel 22:30; 2 Corinthians 6:1
God is all powerful, yet from the beginning He chose partnership with man.
In Genesis, God declared His purpose, then entrusted the earth to human dominion. Heaven’s will was designed to move through earthly obedience.
In Genesis 2, there was no rain—not because God could not send it, but because there was no man to till the ground. This teaches us a principle: God releases power where man accepts responsibility.
Throughout Scripture, God initiates, but man responds:
God planned preservation; Noah built the ark.
God promised a nation; Abraham obeyed and went.
God desired deliverance; Moses stood before Pharaoh.
In Ezekiel, God said, “I sought for a man… but found none.” God was willing to act, yet He looked for a human partner to stand in the gap.
Even redemption followed this order. God became man in Christ. Salvation came because a human body obeyed, and a human will said yes.
Today, the same truth stands:
“We are workers together with Him.”
God supplies the power. Man supplies the obedience.
Conclusion:
God has not abandoned His purpose—but He is still looking for partners.
The question is not “Can God do it?”
The question is “Will I align with what He has already purposed?”
Call:
Be the man. Be the woman.
Let heaven find hands on earth willing to work.
