Today I just want to do away with the myth that LONG HAIR = HEALTHY HAIR .

See the difference there👀👀.That's 3 years apart difference.

The picture on the left⬅️ is me about 3 years ago.My hair was natural and long but not healthy.All I used to do was blow dry my hair after every two weeks and oil atleast once a week.The picture on the ➡️right is me about a week ago.That is the result of loving and taking care of my hair and sticking to a regime.

I am so in love ❤with my hair now.It's long and healthy.
