MecBaky Is for your service

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual Excited about selling and customer service to join our fast-paced expanding Bakery shop.

This consists of helping customers to find products they are looking for at MecBaky and trying to interest them in buying the products.

Tasks
- Selling and delivering the products to clients
• Answer questions regarding the business and its products;
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or M-pesa payment;
• Demonstrate the benefit of the products we produce;
• Describe the products to customers when needed
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs;
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices;
• Maintain records related to sales;
• Place special orders or call the store to find desired items;
• Prepare sales slips or sales contracts;

Qualifications and requirements

• College certificate or equivalent;
• High school certificate is also acceptable
• Ability to work directly with the public, to convince people to buy product, and to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with both clients and colleagues.

• Excellent communication skills

• Having experience in sales and marketing
