We held a staff training in a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training focused on strengthening project planning, data collection, reporting, and impact measurement.

The session emphasized the importance of setting SMART indicators, distinguishing between outputs and outcomes, maintaining quality data, and using evidence to improve decision-making, accountability, and learning.

We also explored practical M&E tools and applied our knowledge through group exercises on project design and reporting.

This will inform how we write our future proposals and what to look for as we implement our projects. Thank you . For giving us such a resource person

We participated in a regional validation workshop under the ENABLE Project to review the draft Kenya Country Guide on improving access to justice for women and girls with disabilities. The workshop brought together organisations of persons with disabilities, legal practitioners and other stakeholders to strengthen the guide through practical experiences, discussions on disability rights, accessibility, reasonable accommodation and inclusive justice. The recommendations shared will contribute to a more responsive and inclusive justice system for all.

🌧️ Despite the heavy rains, nothing could stop us from standing up for our environment...

We For She was honored to participate in a beach clean-up exercise organized by alongside other partners at Jumeirah Beach. Driven by our commitment to protecting the marine ecosystem, we collected plastic waste, glass bottles and also the discarded syringes from the shoreline. Every piece of waste removed brings us one step closer to a cleaner and healthier ocean.

Marine pollution not only threatens aquatic life but also poses serious risks to human health through the food chain. This serves as a reminder that we all have a role to play in reducing waste and ensuring its proper disposal.

As an organization, we remain committed to building communities that value and protect the environment. The clean-up was more than just collecting waste, it was a powerful statement that environmental stewardship is everyone's responsibility. Together, we can protect our oceans, preserve marine biodiversity and secure a healthier future for generations to come.
