NEVER GIVE UP

If I should be asked to give anyone a piece of advice, a word of wisdom or a winning formula for this year or even beyond, I'll go back way into time and borrow from Winston Churchill, one of the greatest leaders that ever lived. Here it is: NEVER GIVE UP.

Sir Winston Churchill was invited to address the graduating class at Harrow School, his former school. Grabbing the lectern with both hands, he paused for a full 30 seconds and then said “Never give up, never give up, never give up! Never, never, never, never!!” He looked at the audience for a few more seconds and then went back to his seat. This was probably his shortest major address but one of Churchill’s most memorable. That graduating class, we’re told, produced so many notable people in society.

Marian Wright Edelman also says “nobody has the right to give up”.

The chorus of “Can’t give up now” by Mary-Mary goes like this:

As the saying goes, you’re not a failure until you stop trying. 2016 is a year for conquering every stubborn and seemingly insurmountable challenges.

It’s time to shine again. Never Give up.
