Brighton, a young entrepreneur from Siaya County, invested the business start-up capital in setting up a temporary production space and purchasing wheat flour to start his bakery business.

Today, he produces approximately 250 pieces of small mandazis daily, selling at KSh 10 each.
Through disciplined saving, Brighton has already raised KSh 17,000 towards purchasing a motorbike to support distribution, positioning his business for wider reach.
He has also created employment for two fellow youth, extending the impact beyond his own venture.
