Over the weekend, we held our General Meeting at our office demonstration site, where members had an opportunity to establish and learn about one of our kitchen garden water conservation technologies—the Sunken Moist Bed under shade net

Members actively participated in the entire process and were pleased to learn that the model is simple, affordable to establish, easy to maintain, and suitable for adoption at household level.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to review the progress of the Cone/Pyramid Garden and the Raised Moist Bed, which were established a month ago. Members were impressed by the healthy growth of the vegetables and the positive results achieved within a short period.

Beyond the practical activities, the meeting offered a valuable learning platform where members exchanged knowledge and gained new insights on kitchen gardening, nutrition, and sustainable livelihood practices.

We appreciate the teamwork, commitment, and spirit of learning demonstrated by our members as we continue working towards building resilient, self-reliant, and food-secure communities.
