Honored and humbled this evening to be crowned as an elder by the Igara Clan during a special coronation ceremony.

I sincerely thank the elders and members of the clan for their trust and confidence in my leadership. The gathering emphasized the importance of unity, peace, and harmony among all clans and communities in Busia County.

I accept this honor with humility and reaffirm my commitment to serving the people diligently, promoting inclusive leadership, and working towards a united and prosperous Busia for all.

Together, we are stronger. Together, we will build Busia.

Another impactful weekend for Busia County’s incoming Governor, Hon. Arthur AMUG OSIYA, CBS, as he continued engaging with the people of Nambale to listen, learn, and identify priority areas that will drive meaningful community transformation.
