Chromasonus

CAVE Art Space (The Cave Organization , Inc ,Brooklyn . I have supervised the sound activity project "Chromasonus" based on Tokyo since 2004. CHROMASONUS

"Chroma" means "density of color"
"Sonus" means "sound". The color and the sound give us a tremendous effect to live. Our behavior is controlled by the mixture of color and sound. When we deeply analyze its mixture, we can realize that it contains undistinguishable elements. We can also say "Color" and "Sound" are "the Word". Now we should ask ourselves that we tend to forget "unreachable voices to everybody" are contained in the united color and sound. I think the united thing is our society, our creative activities from our dairy lives, and real "ART". The motive for "ART" is in our society. We have to return "ART" as the WORK to our society. "Chromasonus" is the work of "sound + α" , the action for our essence of being.
