The Leadership Summit 2025 – “Lead with Presence, Negotiate with Purpose, and Build a Legacy that Lasts.”

A remarkable day at Livinc, Al-Salt, where leaders, changemakers, and visionaries came together to inspire, empower, and redefine leadership for a better future. The Leadership Summit 2025 was more than an event, it was a call to lead with presence, purpose, and impact.

Al-Balqa Applied University had the great honor of organizing The Leadership Summit 2025 under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Umayyah Touqan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The event took place on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Livinc Incubator in Al-Salt.

The summit was organized in partnership with the Makanati Initiative, within the sustainability efforts of the INTERNSA Project (Digital Skills Development for Women), co-funded by the European Union under the ENI CBC MED Programme. It brought together leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from across sectors to share experiences and strengthen leadership, negotiation, and executive presence skills.

4. Fireside Chat: The Future Lens – Leadership Trends Redefining 2025 & Beyond

During the summit, Al-Balqa Applied University proudly announced the launch of two new EU co-funded projects: DigiWave and Digital Life 4 All, co-funded by the Interreg NEXT MED Programme and implemented by the university and coordinated by Dr. Omar Suleiman Arabiat.

These projects reflect the university’s commitment to advancing digital innovation, inclusion, and sustainable development across the Mediterranean region.
