LWF Jordan is pleased to announce the signing of a new project, supported by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Jordan, to develop the Naqsheh Workshop at the Aman Community Center in Zarqa.
The project will support local artisans, strengthen traditional craftsmanship, and create more sustainable livelihood opportunities within the community.

سيساهم المشروع في دعم الحرفيين المحليين، وتعزيز الحرف التقليدية، وخلق فرص سبل عيش أكثر استدامة داخل المجتمع المحلي.

From seed to harvest, za’atar cultivation reflects more than an agricultural practice it represents resilience, sustainable livelihoods, and community-rooted production.

Through supporting local initiatives and climate-conscious agricultural approaches, LWF Jordan continues to promote opportunities that strengthen household income, preserve local knowledge, and encourage environmentally responsible practices.

Za’atar remains deeply connected to identity, land, and everyday life carrying stories of dedication, continuity, and connection to community traditions.

من البذرة وحتى الحصاد، تعبّر زراعة الزعتر عن أكثر من مجرد نشاط زراعي، بل تمثل الصمود، وسبل العيش المستدامة، والإنتاج المرتبط بالمجتمع المحلي.

ومن خلال دعم المبادرات المحلية والممارسات الزراعية الواعية بيئيًا، يواصل الاتحاد اللوثري تعزيز الفرص التي تسهم في دعم دخل الأسر، والحفاظ على المعرفة المحلية، وتشجيع الممارسات الزراعية المستدامة.

ويبقى الزعتر جزءًا أصيلًا من الهوية والأرض والحياة اليومية، حاملًا قصصًا من الجهد والاستمرارية والارتباط بالتقاليد المجتمعية.

Under the patronage of H.E. Abdel Moneim Al-Odat, Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, LWF Jordan, in partnership with Al Hayat Center – Rased, organized the national conference:
“National Dialogues on Human Rights Priorities and the Promotion of the Rule of Law,” with the participation of Members of Parliament, political parties, civil society organizations, and national and international partners.

The conference aimed to strengthen national dialogue around human rights priorities in Jordan and provide a participatory platform bringing together key stakeholders to discuss rights-based issues and the promotion of the rule of law, contributing to stronger public policies and the advancement of justice and human dignity.

At LWF Jordan, we believe that inclusive dialogue, institutional partnerships, and civic engagement are essential pillars for advancing human rights, strengthening the rule of law, and fostering more inclusive, cohesive, and just communities.

تحت رعاية معالي وزير الشؤون السياسية والبرلمانية السيد عبد المنعم العودات، نظّم الاتحاد اللوثري ، بالشراكة مع مركز الحياة – راصد، المؤتمر الوطني بعنوان:
"حوارات وطنية حول أولويات حقوق الإنسان وتعزيز سيادة القانون"، وبمشاركة عدد من أعضاء مجلس النواب، وممثلي الأحزاب السياسية، ومؤسسات المجتمع المدني، والشركاء المحليين والدوليين.

ويأتي هذا المؤتمر في إطار تعزيز الحوار الوطني حول أولويات حقوق الإنسان في الأردن، وفتح مساحة تشاركية تجمع مختلف الجهات الفاعلة لمناقشة القضايا الحقوقية وتعزيز سيادة القانون، بما يسهم في تطوير السياسات العامة وترسيخ قيم العدالة والكرامة الإنسانية.

وفي الاتحاد اللوثري ، نؤمن بأن الحوار التشاركي، والشراكات المؤسسية، وتمكين المساحات المدنية للحوار، تشكل ركائز أساسية لتعزيز حقوق الإنسان، وترسيخ مبادئ العدالة وسيادة القانون، وبناء مجتمعات أكثر شمولًا وتماسكًا.
