WE ARE HIRING!
Looking for (Software Engineer) to join our growing team in Amman with the following :
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in software support, technical support, or related field.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle, debugging tools, and programming languages such as Javascript, C #, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ
- Experience with ticketing systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and knowledge base tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot software issues
- Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to travel to KSA for 3-6 months
