Smile Jamaica Resort is a new hotel anticipated to open April 2021. This resort is brings, a fresh new experience to resort destination. Smile Jamaica offers a flexible and unique experience for international and local.

Personal Host is the most important job in the hotel operations, they will interact directly with guest and set the tone for the travelers entire experience. Personal host will also assist the host off the property taking them to places around the island that best fits their preferences and requests. The personal host positions requires a candidate to have superior communication skills, commitment and integrity. This candidate must be willing to accept full responsibility for guest experience. This means following rules designed to protect you and keep guest safe as they explore the island. An ideal candidate will have the following:

A minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry working directly with tourist.
Minimum 3 years in a hotel or resort.
Be able to obtain tour guide license from JTB
Have reliable transportation
Pass background screening
3 references from professionals
Passionate about Jamaica and knowledgeable about Jamaican culture

Training pay is 8000 per week
April 2021 starting pay 85000JMD per month
