Official Announcement from the Office of the Chairman, Founder & CEO of Double D Promotions International
Double D Promotions International wishes to inform the public of important updates regarding the Mini Miss Heritage Queen Competition 2025, ensuring clarity on parish representation and recent title promotions.
Due to time constraints and limited participation, the Mini Miss St. Mary Heritage Queen Competition will not be staged this year. However, it remains our priority that every parish is represented appropriately on the national stage.
We are pleased to announce the following changes:
✨ Miss Athena Whyte, who was 2nd Runner-Up in the Mini Miss St. Ann Heritage Queen Competition on August 28, 2025, has been officially promoted to Mini Miss St. Mary Heritage Queen 2025. Athena qualifies to represent St. Mary as she is a native of the parish. She will proudly carry the St. Mary sash for this year’s national representation.
✨ With Athena’s promotion, her former title of 2nd Runner-Up in the Mini Miss St. Ann Heritage Queen Competition has been filled by Miss Lenessa Whyte, who was among the Top Five Finalists in the St. Ann competition. Lenessa is now officially recognized as Mini Miss St. Ann Heritage Queen 2nd Runner-Up 2025, ensuring St. Ann continues to be represented with excellence.
It is important for the public to note that this is the final year in which contestants from other parishes may compete in the St. Ann Heritage Queen Competition. Going forward, all parishes have their own official franchises, and participants must represent their home parish. Athena Whyte’s promotion this year is in line with this rule, as she is from St. Mary.
We ask the public to join us in celebrating and supporting both young ladies as they represent their parishes with pride, grace, and cultural excellence:
• Mini Miss St. Mary Heritage Queen 2025 – Athena Whyte
• Mini Miss St. Ann Heritage Queen 2nd Runner-Up 2025 – Lenessa Whyte
Sincerely,
Damion Duckett
