Rowing is awesome! If you are not a rower or interested in rowing for team building, then this site is not for you!
There are things I’ve learned through rowing that I don’t think I would have learned without it. There are parts to each workout and race that take my mind and body to new levels. For instance, the demands it places on me seem different than when I played tennis at a very high level or when I play golf. Rowing is different and I cherish it because it’s different.
If you are like me and have had an injury that’s stopping you from rowing right now, start back slowly. The thing that hurts me the most is too much pressure too soon. Our bodies change as we grow older and it’s much better to use some self control when coming back from an injury.
