𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 OR 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲?! 😍 We don't know about you but we will be indulging in some moist fruit cake for the holidays! 💚❄🎄

However, we made it a little healthier by:
1️⃣ adding almond flour to give our batter some texture. Almond flour absorbs and holds in the moisture longer especially when you wet your cake with rum and wine

2️⃣ reducing the amount of sugar and relied more on the natural sugars for the fruits. That means we added more fruits for a richer texture.

ALMONDS! We have it sliced, whole and grounded. Add them to your baked products for the holiday!!

P.S. - for those who add bread crumbs to your fruit cake. Almond flour is better replacement for added moisture. And guess what?! It's on sale!!
