From 0 to 100 real quick! Here’s my secret to creating 100 awesome social media posts with multiple backgrounds in just 15 minutes using Canva! Let’s dive in! 1️⃣ Login to Canva and choose a template or use the one we used in this video. - Go to Canva and search for this: “Model Photo Quote Of The Day Instagram Post” 2️⃣ Open up a new tab and go to Canva’s homepage, navigate to “DOC,” and tap the plus button. Select “Magic Write” and type in a topic for your brand and the number of pieces of content you want (example 100) 3️⃣ Copy some of the content that was generated in Magic Write (example 25 of the tips). 4️⃣ Go back to your design in Canva, choose “Apps,” and find “Bulk Create.” Click “Enter Data Manually.” Make sure to clear the table. 5️⃣ In the first column, label the column data (example type “1st”) and paste the first 25 pieces of content (in this case it’s the tips.) 6️⃣ Repeat the process, create a new column, title it and paste the content below it, until all of the content is pasted. Hit “Done.” NOTE: If you have 4 different backgrounds (as in this example) you will need 4 columns with content (in this case tips) in them. They need to be an equal amount in each column. If you have 20 different backgrounds, you will have 20 columns. 7️⃣ On the left side, you’ll see your content. On each page, select text, right-click, and “Connect Data.” Match it with the appropriate column. Example Image 1 with Column 1 (you might have called this 1st.) 8️⃣ Once all pages are connected, hit “Continue” on the left side and then “Generate.” And boom! 100 posts ready to roll!
