The other day, I had a rough one at work. It is like nothing was working. I was so mentally distressed, I had to miss our gym date with my wife, got home very late, still carrying on with work till late.

Morning of the following day came, I received an approval email on something that had derailed. The peace I experienced that morning was like something I could physically touch, indeed sorrow may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning😁
