The state-run Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) has officially approved a site plan to construct 74 high-end townhouses on the vacant parking lots surrounding the shuttered former Atlantic Club Casino Hotel. This major residential project, spear-headed by New York-based developer Colosseo Development Group (Colosseo Atlantic City Inc.), marks a significant step forward in transforming underutilized casino infrastructure into market-rate coastal housing. Project Overview and Design

The development will span 23 existing lots totaling 3.37 acres along South Montpelier, South Boston, South Sovereign, Pacific, and Atlantic avenues.

The plan creates 76 new lots, delivering 74 for-sale townhouse residences while leaving the existing neighborhood Walgreens pharmacy completely intact.

Unit Sizes: The community will feature two distinct footprints: 26 units measuring 20 feet by 40 feet, and 48 units measuring 16 feet by 40 feet.

Each premium home will stand four stories tall and include four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, three private parking spaces, and a rooftop deck
