Conceived by Biehler Graveleine in Paris, the Byos workspace challenges the traditional idea of the office through an environment that feels closer to a boutique hotel or a contemporary social space than to a conventional corporate setting. The project rethinks the workplace as a flexible and immersive experience, where shared areas, lounges, and informal meeting spaces encourage interaction and a more dynamic way of working.

A strong focus on materiality and atmosphere defines the identity of the interiors. Warm tones, textured surfaces, soft lighting, and bespoke furniture contribute to creating a sense of comfort and familiarity, moving away from the standardized language of the typical open-plan office. The spatial sequence is carefully designed to balance concentration, collaboration, and moments of pause within a cohesive architectural narrative.

More than a functional workspace, Byos represents a broader shift in contemporary workplace design, where wellbeing, hospitality, and spatial quality become essential components of the project. The result is an environment that promotes productivity through experience, redefining the relationship between people, work, and the spaces they inhabit every day.
