Strength Camp (Group Training)

Petite, consistent, but no real shape.
Her problem wasn’t fat loss, It was lack of muscle.

So we didn’t diet her, we built her:
✔️ Calorie surplus
✔️ Progressive overload
✔️ Structured training

Yes, it felt uncomfortable, but that’s what growth feels like.

Once we’d built enough we revealed it 😎:
- Adjusted nutrition.
- Added strategic cardio.
- Kept intensity high.

The after photos are from her first photoshoot🥳✅️🎬

This wasn’t a quick cut, it was: build first, reveal second.

Discipline - Structure - Ex*****on.
Not more cardio, just better planning.

25kg down - 47 years young!

This is my client Darren and we've achieved this result by training together 3x per week for the last 8 months!

Darren has been in an out of the gym for a while, and after trying APD with me (Online Coaching) we decided to go all in and Darren signed up for 1-1 Personal Training with the goal of attaining his dream physique.

Darren has lost weight in the past but he was always unhappy with how he looked, this time round he wanted to have a physique he could be proud of! That’s exactly what we did!

Darren trained very hard and his strength increased significantly during our time training together.

As he got leaner we adjusted the exercises to emphasise the musculature that needed more work.

The diet was always flexible, he liked to eat out on the weekends so we adjusted the calories through the week to accommodate.

The thing I like the most is that Darren actually fell in love with the training and the whole process. He actually wanted to push his limits every training session.

Stay tuned for phase 2, this guy is a machine - nothing's going to stop him 🥳

0-32 weeks.

This is my client Nomaan.

This one feels special as me and Nomaan have been working together for almost a year now. Nomaan is one of the hardest workers I know inside & outside of the gym.

We had one goal - to get him in the best shape of his life. He trusted me and followed the process to a T since day one. Nomaan now has a physique to be proud of.

The fat loss phase lasted around 16 weeks where he lost a total of 20kg.

After that we increased his food and focussed on getting strong!

Since our lowest weight we are almost 7kg up & this is the best his physique has looked.

Now we are in a great position where Nomaan is stronger, eating enough food to fuel his training and is feeling energetic in his day to day life!

Nomaan was a pleasure to train and fully deserves this result!

Now our focus is adding more muscle. Let’s see what we can do!
