🚫 Cut Endotoxins & Inflammation:

Eat raw carrot salad, cooked mushrooms, or bamboo shoots daily they're natural gut cleansers.
Ditch raw/undercooked veggies, starches, grains, nuts, seeds, & legumes. Go for ripe fruits, juices, honey, marmalades instead.
