Creating (decent) videos is way more complex than most people think.

From client needs to figuring out the best strategic approach to the client's message, and budget. Then conceiving a script (together with the client), an overall approach to narrative and style aligned to the client's brand and message, to developing a storyboard, coaching the client to be in front of a camera, searching and finding location(s), shooting the video (with all its own complexities and challenges). Then take it to the "kitchen" and don't just cut, bake ajdbdeliver, but engage in a second creative process of researching the most suited solutions: what music(s)? What graphical styles and elements to add, if any, what narrative mintage, how to gather additional and suited footage, if needed, what cutting rhythm(s), how do you fix inetivable production challenges, limitations, how do you visually approach the whole finished video, which colors to emphazise, choose that will enhance and or complement the message. Do youbsientransitions, or jump cuts, cutaways, fade ins and outs, or not use them...

This is what I love doing! But the best of all in this very complex profession, especially when freelancing solo or with a minimal crew: yo never, ever stop learning new things, no matter how experienced you are.

Deadline very near, intense moments... I feel like some crazy alchemist or cook concocting magical potions or savory unexpected recipes, recluded in my kitchen/lab. 🔥❤️✊🏽
