Discover Ytri Tunga as one of Iceland´s best seal-watching spots 🦭✨

Located on the beautiful Snæfellsnes Peninsula in West Iceland, Ytri Tunga beach is famous for its resident seals and coastal scenery. Unlike many wildlife locations, seal sightings here are possible all year round, with the best chances usually between May and July.

For the ultimate seal-watching experience, visit during low tide when the rocky reef is exposed and the seals come ashore to rest. 🌊The beach is privately owned and visitors are required to respect the wildlife.
