Dharmendra Kumar

Originally from Dhanbad, Jharkhand, I am a Lawyer and MBA graduate, with my early education (10+2) from the CBSE Board.

With over 15 years of leadership experience, my journey has been guided by learning, responsibility, and a strong belief in collective progress.

I am the Founder of the Indian Student Union (ISU), which was active from 2005 to 2012 in Vinoba Bhave University, Jharkhand, where I had the privilege to serve as its Jharkhand State President — working for student welfare and youth empowerment across the state.

In community life, where the society comprises around 2,000 flats (approximately 10,000 residents living together), I have been elected thrice in the Apartment Owners Association in Noida, holding key roles as President, Vice President, and Media In-charge — always striving for transparency, better governance, and unity among residents.

I also served as a Member of the Noida Management Association (2023), contributing to management excellence and community development.

Currently, I am honored to hold the position of National President, National Youth Federation (NYF) — continuing my commitment toward building an empowered, aware, and responsible youth force for our nation.
