Athlete's foot (tinea pedis) is a fungal skin infection that usually begins between the toes. It commonly occurs in people whose feet have become very sweaty while confined within tight-fitting shoes.
Signs and symptoms of athlete's foot include an itchy, scaly rash. The condition is contagious and can be spread via contaminated floors, towels or clothing.
Athlete's foot is closely related to other fungal infections such as ringworm and jock itch. It can be treated with antifungal medications, but the infection often comes back.

Muscle pain after a workout...?
Muscle pain is caused by two factors: micro-tears, which cause poor circulation and the accumulation of metabolites.
To improve circulation, doctors recommend massage and heat. It is also not superfluous to wear compression knitwear to restore venous blood flow.
Drinking a moderate amount of coffee before exercise also improves venous blood flow, and cherry juice is useful after exercise because it contains antioxidants that reduce inflammation in the muscles.
Natural L-arginie can play the miraculous role to relax muscle and better blood flow.

Our Kidneys
The kidneys absorb and distribute 99.9% of the blood volume. Only 0.1% of filtered blood turns into urine.
To help your kidneys better excrete metabolic products, drink more pure water.
NOTE: No detox tea will help you as much as plain pure WATER.
