We are immensely proud to announce that the students of B.Sc. - M.Sc. Forensic Science, School of Forensic Science, National Forensic Sciences University, have brought great laurels to the University by securing the 1st and 2nd Prizes at Satya Samadhaan 2.0, a national-level mock crime scene investigation competition organized by NSIT, Jetalpur.
The event witnessed participation from 45 teams representing institutions across the country, making this achievement truly noteworthy.

📢 Admissions Alert: NFSU Admission Session 2026
The CUET PG 2026 application form is out as of December 14, 2025, with registration open until January 14, 2026, for postgraduate admissions, and you can apply online at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG/ or exams.nta.nic.in/CUET-PG. The exams are scheduled for March 2026, and students need to provide personal, educational, and address details, along with paying the fee.

We have conducted a 5-day MATLAB Training Program by MathWorks in hybrid mode across all campuses of NFSU from 24th to 28th November 2025. The training was organized under NFSU’s 3-year campus-wide MATLAB license, providing access to all students, faculty members, and staff. It was delivered by Dr. Shubhobrata Bhattacharya, Senior Training Engineer, MathWorks India Pvt. Ltd. Faculty members and research scholars across NFSU campuses benefited from the program, with a total of 20 participants attending the training. This training will help participants effectively use MATLAB for data analysis, simulations, signal and image processing, and advanced research applications in forensic science and allied disciplines.

Prof. Robert Green OBE from the University of Kent, UK, joined by Dr. Felipe Fantuzzi and Dr. Mandeep Kaur Chahal. Felicitated by the Dean School of Forensic Sciences, Prof. Dr. Ashtha Pandey marked their valuable presence & insights into AI, DNA tech, & crime scene investigation.
The Expert Talk Series aims to provide students with insights into various aspects of forensic science, including AI, DNA technology, crime scene investigation, and more. The series also offers opportunities for students to interact with renowned experts in the field.
