The Mrs. is vegetarian on Mondays, so the instructions were pretty simple before she left for work - Make Vegetarian for dinner and it better be good.
Here's wok tossed mushrooms and waterchestnuts in a light soy sauce and noodles in sesame oil. Basic ingredients available at home, sometimes make some culinary gems. TBH, we had some chicken maggi at home and since i couldn't use that masala, this recipe was born out of that 'majboori' ;-)
