Yoga is union.. balancing your personal and your friend zones!
Trying not to fall each other we have tried a few asanas which have been our favourite asanas in thjs month!!

Balancing poses help to improve steadiness and enhance focus. They also give us feedback to when we are not being fully present and can transform patterns of mindlessness into mindfulness. This in turn helps us balancing life . You learn prioritizing and managing your time and energy effectively to meet the demands of work, family, relationships, and personal interests. This can involve setting boundaries, delegating tasks, practicing self-care, and being mindful of your goals and values. It's an ongoing process that requires flexibility and adaptability as circumstances change.

Focus on your breath and listen to your body.
