It’s in the friend who laughs less these days, the student who can’t seem to focus, or the classmate who suddenly avoids group chats. It shows up in skipped cricket matches, unfinished sketches, and lost enthusiasm for things they once loved. The “how” isn’t loud — it’s woven into the small changes we often overlook.
